Hosting
The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. The systems that run the agents (databases, automations, telephony) are hosted separately, with North American cloud providers chosen for their reliability and compliance with Canadian personal information protection laws.
Intellectual property
The content of this site (text, structure, design) belongs to Dicsio. Agents, scripts and automations built for a client belong to that client once delivered, in accordance with the agreement made before work began.
Your data, in plain terms
Before the legal version below — what actually matters
- Your customers stay your customers. The names, numbers and messages the agent handles for you belong to your business, never to Dicsio.
- Nothing is sold or shared. Your data is never used for anything other than running your agent.
- If you stop, you get everything back. A full export of your data, then deletion from our systems.
- You can ask to see or delete what's kept about you or your customers, at any time, no justification needed.
The rest of this page is the formal version of these four points, as required by law.
Privacy policy
Compliant with Quebec's Law 25 and Canada's PIPEDA
What information is collected
Two distinct categories:
- Your information (the Dicsio client): name, business, phone number, email — collected during the free audit and to manage the service.
- Your own customers' information: name, number, content of calls and messages handled by the agent, appointments booked. This information belongs to your business; Dicsio processes it on your behalf, never for its own purposes.
Why this information is collected
Solely to deliver the service: having the agent answer, booking appointments, producing your daily summaries, and billing you. No other use.
Who it's shared with
With the technical providers required to run the agent — cloud hosting, telephony and AI voice processing — each bound by confidentiality obligations. This information is never sold and is not shared with anyone else.
How long it's kept
For as long as the service is active. When the service ends, your data is handed back on request and then deleted from our systems within a reasonable timeframe.
Your rights
You can request at any time to view, correct, or have deleted the information we hold, for your business or for your customers. Write to haris@dicsio.ca — response within 30 days, usually much faster.
Security
Exchanges with Dicsio's systems are encrypted in transit. Access to data is limited to the systems that actually need it to run your agent.
Terms of use
Applies as soon as a Dicsio agent goes live for your business
The service
Dicsio designs and operates artificial intelligence agents (voice and text) that answer a client business's communications, book appointments, and send summaries. The exact scope is agreed before work begins, following a free 30-minute call.
No long-term commitment
There is no contract binding you to a minimum term. The service continues month to month and can be cancelled at any time, with no penalty.
Limited spots. Dicsio takes on a maximum of five new businesses per week, so every agent gets the attention it needs before going live.
Billing
Pricing is determined after the free audit, based on call volume and the automations requested, then confirmed in writing before any commitment. Billing is monthly.
What Dicsio guarantees
An agent tested and reviewed by you before it goes live, a launch within three business days unless a specific case is discussed in advance, and active support in the first weeks to adjust whatever needs it.
What Dicsio doesn't guarantee
Like any automated system, the agent can misunderstand an unusual request. When that happens, it forwards the request instead of guessing — but no system, human or not, is 100% perfect. Dicsio commits to quickly fixing any reported problem behavior.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the province of Quebec and the applicable laws of Canada.
